Dubai Land Department (DLD) has successfully completed 647 amicable real estate settlements valued at over AED 1.38 billion during the first half of 2024. Leveraging the Oqoodi Platform service, DLD achieved a 100% approval rate for settlement agreements, significantly accelerating the pace of real estate settlements and boosting investor satisfaction.

Abdullah Al Zarooni, Legal Support Section Manager at Dubai Land Department, highlighted the critical role the DLD plays in fostering reconciliation through the Oqoodi Platform. He noted, 

“This approach effectively resolves disputes swiftly and efficiently, achieving investor satisfaction and happiness.
