Dubai's Amazing Upcoming Projects of 2021

To some mind-boggling and beautiful architectural designs, Dubai is no stranger and there is plenty to look forward to opening in 2021.

Ain Dubai:

The massive Ain Dubai observation wheel at Bluewaters Island Dubai has been coming for a long time and now, with the recent addition of all its 47 pods and then its lights in January, it looks to be edging ever closer to completion. The 210-metre structure will be the tallest observation wheel in the world when it opens.

Royal Atlantis Resort & Residences

At some point in 2021, the Royal Atlantis Resort & Residences at Palm Jumeirah is on track to open. 231 luxury apartments, 693 hotel rooms and 102 suites would make up the Dhs5.15 billion house. 90 swimming pools, including a breathtaking rooftop infinity pool, suspended 96 meters above The Palm on level 22, will also be accessible at the 43-storey hotel. The hotel will host restaurants exclusively operated by international chefs.

Dubai Creek Tower

This mammoth building (rumoured to be over 1,300 meters tall) at Dubai Creek Harbour is set to tower over the tallest building in the world, Burj Khalifa when it is eventually completed. Emaar Properties has stopped new construction work after a construction boom in recent years has led to oversupply in the Gulf Region,' so it remains to be seen when it will eventually be finished.

Meydan One Mall:

When it opens, Mohammed Bin Rashid City's Meydan One Mall will be home to the longest indoor ski slope in the world, a one-kilometre slope in the 12,000-square-meter Winter Village of Meydan One Mall. With its record-breaking water attraction measuring 25,800 square meters, the mall is also looking to grab the title of the world's largest dancing fountain.

Palm Tower:

If you've recently travelled to The Palm Jumeirah, you may have noted that the giant Palm Tower looks like it's about to be built. When the 52-storey tower opens, it will have 289 guest rooms and suites (as part of The St. Regis Dubai, The Palm that occupies the tower's 18 firs floors), plus 432 luxury apartments, an Aura infinity pool on the 50th floor, a new Sushisambaba restaurant.
