Steps to Register for Ejari:

Prepare the Required Documents:

Signed tenancy contract

Tenant’s passport copy and UAE residence visa

Emirates ID of the tenant

Landlord’s passport copy (or Emirates ID if resident)

Title deed of the property

DEWA premises number (usually found on the building)

Register Through One of the Following Channels:

Ejari-approved typing centers across Dubai

Dubai REST App (for digital registration)

DLD official website or Ejari portal (for agents and property managers)

Pay the Registration Fee:

Receive the Ejari Certificate:
Once registered, you will receive an Ejari certificate, which is required for:-

Once the required documents are successfully transmitted, it takes 1-2 days only for the Ejariapplication to process online.
Note:
