• I have been dealing with FAM for more than 10 years, committed team, professional, responsive, highly dedicated, they make you feel you are the only customer in the company, great follow up, attention to details .. while saying so, I would like to thank Agent Nazik in this regard for her continued engagement, support and contribution on all my assignments to her .. she is just a star of the FAM team !

• Excellent service. Nazik really knows her job. Goes beyond normal estate agents services to ensure a seamless transition and hand over of my apartment to the right tenant. Very happy to recommend her to any prospective owners and tenants.

• Massive thank you to Nazik who has been one of the most responsive and supportive real estate agents I’ve ever worked with in Dubai. I cannot recommend her enough!

• Cannot recommend Nazik enough, was amazing helping me through the process (was a first time buyer) and Yasmine really helped me through the admistration which was super smooth. Thank you so much for the support!!

• Great experience working with Nazik. Seamless support on transaction close from Eunielexs.

• Kudos goes to Nazik for her outstanding support and service during my recent activity

• I am a first time buyer in Dubai and have recently had the pleasure of working with FAM properties. Nazik has been my point of contact and has guided me through every detail of the sale with complete clarity. Any time I had questions regarding the property sale, Nazik would always be available and answer queries. I felt like FAM was genuine in their actions and always went the extra mile to keep good customer relations. I strongly recommend FAM Properties to all buyers, for peace of mind and professionalism. Once again, thank you Nazik!

• I’ve been working with Fam properties since 2020, specially with Nazik. We’ve had a really fruitful and positive relationship. She helped me develop a nice portfolio over those years. I’m grateful for the services and looking forward for more opportunities.

• Nazik and Cathleen, are the best, they care about details and put both parties interest at their heart ¿

• Mrs Nazik understood my requirement really well and gave really good insights about the properties in downtown Dubai. She was thoroughly professional and all properties shown by her were among the best ones showed to me by all the agents.

• Nazik worked hard and professionally to get me the deal that I was looking for on a rental property...I can highly recommend her services...
