• Finding an honest agent in Dubai isn’t easy, but working with Alber Thabet from fäm Properties was genuinely a great experience. We did two transactions with him in a new building in Dubai Creek Harbour—renting one apartment and buying another right at handover. Throughout the entire process, Alber was completely reliable. Whenever we had a question or ran into an issue, he replied right away and actually took care of it instead of passing it off. We never felt pressured into anything, which was very important to us. What really earned our respect: even after the contracts were signed and the deals were closed, he stayed just as responsive and helpful whenever we needed anything. He’s a straight shooter and simply does a great job. We’d gladly work with him again anytime.

• I personally had amazing experience with Alber! Such a professional broker, very rear on the market now days 😅 great job, highly recommend!

• We had a great Experience with Alber Thabet, he was very knowledgeable and proactive in our business process, generally we’ve dealt with fam in the past - honest and straightforward Company, very professional and helpful. Alber did all the negotiations for us and supervised the process from start to finish. Great investment opportunity, considering he was the only person with the listing, thanks to him I’ll double my money in a year. Definitely agent to work with and listen to.

• Although I didn’t end up completing the transaction due to personal reasons completely unrelated to Alberto, I still wanted to take a moment to share my experience. From the very first viewing to the follow-up throughout the process, Alberto was incredibly professional, attentive, and genuinely helpful. What really stood out to me, though, was his integrity and the quality of the person behind the agent. I always felt that he was honest, transparent, and truly focused on helping me rather than simply making a deal. Even though the transaction didn’t happen this time, I would absolutely reach out to Alberto again when the right opportunity comes along. Thank you again, Alberto, for your professionalism, your time, and most importantly, for being a great person to deal with. I really appreciated it!
