• I recently found my new apartment thanks in large part to the help of fam properties agent Adnan Kusybi. He was a huge help throughout the process. I’ve moved more times than I’d prefer in my years in Dubai, and this was by far the easiest thanks to his guidance through the process and ability to liaise seamlessly with the owners. He also guided us through the Ejari and Dewa processes, which is not always the case with agents. Thank you Adnan!

• I had an excellent experience working with Adnan Kusybi. He successfully helped me rent my Villa in Jumeirah Park to a very good tenant and handle the entire process with professionalism, diligence, and commitment. What impressed me most was Adnan’s ability to understand, and accommodate the conditions and requirements of both the landlord and the tenant, while skillfully mediating the deal in a way that was fair and reasonable for both parties. Adnan is disciplined, tenacious, responsive, and above all fair. He remained committed to finding the right outcome for everyone and handle the negotiations with patience and professionalism. I highly recommend Adnan Kusybi To anyone looking for a trustworthy, dedicated, and a very capable real estate professional

• I recently rented an apartment through Adnan Kusybi at fäm Properties, and the entire experience was truly seamless from the initial viewing to the handover of the keys. Adnan was incredibly supportive throughout every step of the process. We viewed several apartments and he helped me choose the one that best suited my needs. He also went the extra mile to negotiate the terms I wanted with the landlord. Beyond finding the apartment, Adnan assisted me with the Ejari process, remained highly responsive throughout, and made sure my move in was smooth.
