Clean and Safe place with lots of issues

All ratings are based on a scale of 1-5 where 1 is poor and 5 is excellent. No rating means it does not deserve even a 1. 1. Safety - (Rating 5) 2. Cleanliness - (Rating 5) 3. Parking - BIG BIG problem. For people who have more than 1 car and people who have guests stopping by - consider whether you really want your guests to be circling around the building for parking. DUJA allows guest parking for 1-2 hours only. And they will have to go round and round to the 9th floor only to be leaving after 2 hours. While selling you may hear the line, we are here to serve you. Do not believe everything you hear. (Rating 1) 3. Building Management - Very difficult to deal with. Always sugar coat and point the blame towards someone else. Make you believe that they are there to serve you, but the reality is the opposite. (No rating) 4. Road side noise, wind noise (windy day) and Water seepage (heavy rains) - (Rating 1). Good luck if you still choose DUJA as a place to live in.
