    Be aware when buying or renting from Ellington

    Disappointed by Ellington’s sudden 100%+ increase in parking fees in the building’s 4th year. After years of stable rates, such a sharp rise without notice is concerning. Makes you wonder if fees for gym or pool might follow. Just a heads-up for anyone considering buying or renting.
