Regina Tower JVC - Never again

The building is awful. The management team and the maintenance team are unprofessional, rude and very frustrating to deal with. Struggling to get maintenance issues resolved for long periods of time and the ventilation in the apartment is very poor. I am very saddened for me and my family to experience all of this.

AC and heating failing repeatedly, poor quality of finishing works and equipment

In my few visits to Regina Tower, apartments water heating and AC constantly malfunctioned. Costs were constantly charged to the tenant, even though the apartment and equipment should be almost new and under warranty???? Along that, there were faucet leaks as well. You can live with seeing bad tile fillings and poor coloring and color stains on walls, but when you return from vacation and your apartment is like a sauna with malfunctiuoning AC, it is unnacceptable for this extreme price!
