Faced some quality issues. Complaints were not handled in an appropriate fashio

So I purchased a studio from Revi, mostly based on the supposed high quality. This is actually what they advertised to me. First off, the project took a long time to get delivered, they kept postponing, and the handover process was really confusing. Anyway, even after the studio was delivered, some issues had to be fixed. Now, after one year and a couple of months, I started facing issues and I had to pay thousands of dirhams to fix them. So much for a supposedly high quality project. When reporting it to Revi, the answer I got was that if one starts facing issues after one year, it means that the building is really high quality! Apparently, if low quality, you would have issue on the first months…. you cannot make that up! it is so bad it is actually even funny. Cut a long story short, be careful who you buy projects from...
