Good Staff/ Management

I came from another building and one of the reasons to left the building was their staff. I am here now and they have a good staff and they are very positive. Building is really nice with a wide entrance and good place to live.

Beautiful Place

We work in cluster j so we wanted to stay somewhere around. I have visited to this building but most of the apartments are already gone. I like the place and the staff is is really nice. compared to other clusters, it is very calm and nice.

Do Not Move In to this Building

We moved into the building under the promise of "chiller free". At the beginning of October our apartment started getting very hot and we noticed there was no cool air coming from the A/C. We then got a notice from the HomeOwners Association that Empower had throttled service to our entire building because SOME of the unit owners hadn't been paid their bills. Our landlord has been paying the Empower bill, but we have been punished because others have not. It's insane. Every time we try to get it fixed they give us the runaround. We have talked to HOA, building management, RERA, Empower. No answers. 48 days later and no A/C. The whole building is suffering. horrible horrible horrible

Project is in an over-supplied area without any attractive amenities

This building has limited investment and growth potential and over-valued by about 50%. Transport Links are limited and quality of interior finish is below standards expected.. Perhaps use as a cheap residence for local workers in the future.
