Building itself is good but the management here is total rubbish. The security guards have more authority than the residence. They restrict alot of ppl asking for ridiculous documents, just trying to get money under the table. I have stayed only 6 months and the attitude of these guards are over the top! They are rude to guests who come in and have no sense of words to use... No such thing as even saying good morning. Actually it's one particular guard - with. The building management does nothing about it. I have written complains by mail but they don't bother to reply. Even the maids who come in, need to be asked to show a trade license! I am so surprised how is it so many other maids come in without showing such document!!
