Palace Tower

Palace Towers is a large mixed-use development located in the central hub of what is Dubai Silicon Oasis. Palace Towers consists of a separate commercial building housing 150 offices and a residential building of 424 apartments of varying sizes and designs. Both towers, although governed by separate Owners Associations, sit on a shared podium of common facilities, retail shops and car parking facilities. As such, Palace Towers has a principle Owners Association to ensure the effective management of separate uses and shared facilities.
