Masaar-Sendian

At Masaar, Sharjah's brand new freehold development, the Sendian community is the first cluster to go on sale.

Masaar is a mixed-use group in Sharjah worth Dh8 billion. Masaar, a new project, is offering units starting at Dh1.197 million. These prices are for the 1,730 square foot two-bedroom townhouses; there are also four- and five-bedroom villas available. The first handovers will take place in the first quarter of 2023.

It will cover 19 million square feet and include 4,000 villas and townhouses in Sharjah's Al Juwaiza'a neighborhood. They'll be spread out over eight gated neighborhoods, with a "walkable spine" in the centre.
