Marsa Al Arab is an AED 6.3 billion ($1.7 billion) project catered to tourists in Dubai. This project will be built on two islands on both sides of the Burj Al Arab Hotel. One island is devoted to entertainment venues and family tourism while the other island is a dedicated luxury resort. The entertainment island will feature the Wild Wadi Waterpark and Marine Park. The island located on the left of Burj al Arab will offer 140 luxurious villas. Moreover, the project will include a private yacht marina, yacht club, gourmet restaurants, helipad, convention centre, hotels and shopping outlets spread across 20,000 square metres.

The main materials used in the Marsa Al Arab villas are a combination of opulent natural material, providing a luxurious clean-cut aesthetic for the modern resident. Combinations of single-story, double-story and three-story apartments feature private swimming pools on their spacious balcony terraces, providing residents with maximum privacy and unobstructed views of Burj Al Arab, the Arabian Gulf and the quaint new Dubai Marina.
