South Bay Villas - Dubai South.

At the center of The Residential District, the master-developer Dubai South Properties has begun construction on the South Bay. A 1-kilometer long crystal lagoon, "several beaches," more than 800 villas and townhouses, and more than 200 waterfront palaces will also be there. A seaside promenade spanning more than 3 kilometers is part of the project.

Three, four, and five-bedroom semi-detached villas and townhouses will be mixed together in a built-up area ranging from 2,900 to 4,800 square feet at South Bay. The five, six, and seven-bedroom waterfront homes will have a maximum built-up area of about 13,000 square feet and come in a variety of sizes.
