Orchid Residence Dubai Science Park worst in maintenance

I have been in dubai for 15 years, I rented tens of flats around UAE, I'm tenant in Orchid Residence - Dubai Science Park for 2 weeks till now, I haven't seen worse than this tower in maintenance management. I have my glass balcony door stuck for two weeks so far although I'm first tenant for the flat, Beside incorrectly fitted rubber around the kitchen window which leaks hot air and dust to come inside flat. despite many calls and reminders for Building management, Agent who represents owner but nothing till now which enforced me to file 5 complaints on them through RVS of Rera. beside I hired a maintenance technician from outside to fix the door. if you decide to rent in this tower think 100 times before that since you will finally pay for maintenance from your pocket since you will find deaf management and they will just ignore you. If you are investor or flat buyer, yes you can buy blindly since you will have idiot tenant to rent and suffer from building management.
