Prior to meeting Sagal, I had been working with another agent from a different firm (undisclosed), lets call him "Alex." After a brief conversation, I learned that Sagal, originally from the UK, had recently moved to the UAE to explore the real estate sector. I mentioned my interest in listing my property, and it quickly became clear she was the right person for the job. I initially gave Alex about three to four weeks to market my unit. Unfortunately, the results were disappointing; he struggled to attract a single potential client during that time, which I understood could be a tough industry. Sagal's Impact After the agreed-upon period with Alex, I reached out to Sagal for help. Within 24 hours, she and her team visited the unit to begin professional photography. Over the next two to three weeks, Sagal brought in several potential buyers. While I perceived this as progress, the pace felt a bit slow because I had overpriced the asset. This buyer was not only willing to close at our asking price but also increased their offer when they perceived my low interest as a seller. If I had simply waited one more day for Sagal, it would have been a fantastic deal. I explained the situation to Sagal, and she handled it with exceptional professionalism and understanding. She assured me that if anything changes, I shouldn't hesitate to contact her for assistance. While Sagal demonstrated the purest intentions, this experience highlighted that even with dedicated and well intentioned people, outcomes aren't always guaranteed to be positive.
