Rony Sahyoun

Great Real Estate agency. Rony was our agent, professional, prompt, responsive, clear and thorough, exactly what you need when dealing with moving from one property to another. Rony accommodated a first viewing with half hours notice, dud a second viewing that evening and a final viewing the week after where he was able to broker a deal immediately and fulfill all formalities even though he was travelling the following day. Whilst abroad he was able to facilitate the logistics for a smooth handover and any minor move in issues we had. Having dealt with many agents in my time, the level of integrity Rony brought to this process was a major contributor in a seamless move, at what was otherwise a stressful time. He and the team and Fam properties were great - whether you're looking to buy or rent, I would give them a shot.

I had a great experience buying my apartment in Meydan through Rony with fäm Properties. He was professional, transparent, and very responsive throughout the whole process. Everything was smooth and well handled from start to finish. Highly recommended.
