Dear Ceylan Kuman , Thank you very much for your service.

We met Ceylan Kuman through a friend recommendation. She was very helpful during the handover process of our apartment in Dubai, as we couldn’t come. She is also helping for furnishing and renting out our unit.

On the way we set out to settle in Dubai, Ms. Ceylan connected to us online and introduced us to all the real estate in accordance with our request; she shared detailed information about the projects. She answered all the topics related to our hesitations with great sincerity and transparency. She was very pleased that we met her and was the most trusted consultant among the alternatives.

We are pleased to share that we have had an excellent collaboration with fäm Properties, particularly with Ceylan Kuman. We are a small real estate agency with limited resources and mainly focus on off-plan projects. For all our secondary market requests, Ceylan Kuman has been extremely helpful and professional to collaborate with. Communication is always smooth, responses are quick, and the support is reliable. It’s a pleasure working with someone so knowledgeable and cooperative. Highly recommended.
