• I am extremely disappointed with the service provided by one of your agents. Today, we invested both time and money traveling from Marina to Damac Hills 2 to view a villa. Upon arrival, the security refused to grant us access, stating that the agent needed to be present. We contacted the agent, who informed us he couldn’t come because he was with other clients. Despite this, we waited by security for over an hour, hoping he would meet us. When we called him again, he told us that even if he came, security would not allow us inside. This experience highlights a severe lack of communication and organization. At the very least, the agent could have informed us in advance not to come, knowing the circumstances. This level of unprofessionalism is unacceptable.
