I dealt with Anastasia Cheaito and Ahmad Ghazal from FAM. Anna was prompt and knew the available inventory extremely well. Her direct approach and understanding of our search made the shortlisting of potential units and final selection easier and more efficient. Ahmad was extremely diligent and efficient. I really appreciated the speed on the closing day! The experience to conclude and after sale was also really professional as Anastasia remained on top of the process at every step which made our purchase smooth and trouble free. Very unpleasant experience with Broker Anastasiya Cheaito. I moved a lot in Dubai so I have a good comparison between brokers. Mrs Anastasiya made my life difficult throughout the renting time. She was unfriendly, bossy and disrespectful at many times, forgetting she is dealing with a client in the end. At the end of the rental time she tried to push me out the apartment even 2 weeks earlier than lease finish time giving me wrong leasing dates and constantly texting me in a pushy way to finally move out when I actually still had 2 more weeks to go. When I corrected her and send her proof she just laughed and said ups sorry. She was never there when I had issues with the apartment , she always tried to make me pay extra for random things . She would accept when I wasn’t immediately available for her and kept calling and calling and messaging me which got quite annoying often. She constantly gave me wrong information about what I HAVE to do, in her words, nearly forcing onto me, which was in fact only optional things that I can decide if I want to do it or not as a tenant. And in the end she blamed me wrong for not cleaning after the painting when In fact she rushed into the apartment in the middle of painting process and was rude to the painters and took videos of how bad everything looks, whinnied went after finished painting job to see what was happening everything was super clean and the job done amazingly. I asked the painters about what’s going on and they told me that a lady just rushed in in middle of painting and was rude and left without even waiting for the result. In the end - she always loved to overturn things, be rude and give wrong information. I am happy i am not having her as my broker anymore.
