Tiara United Tower - Business Bay Dubai.

A 50-storey twin-tower apartment complex in Business Bay developed by Zabeel Investments and United Holdings in a joint venture. The project was launched in 2006 featuring two 60-storey towers, one for offices and the other for a five-star business hotel .
In mid-2007 the height was reduced from 60 to 47 floors and groundworks started. The building began to rise out of the ground in 2008 but at the end of the year, construction was put on hold. In 2014 the project was redesigned but construction work did not resume until 2016.
