Amazing Project

I am currently working here and I like the fact that since it's a mixed-used commercial and residential project, it's possible for anyone to live and work in one place. The project is not fully occupied at the moment, but this project will soon be a very vibrant community. I see new companies relocating / opening new offices, couples and families leasing / buying new apartments, and amenities are abound - pharmacy, restaurants, supermarket, bank, nursery, travel agency, printing press, a lot more opening soon. The project's courtyard has water feature, which makes anyone loves to walk around. And not to forget its proximity to the famous Burj Khalifa and Dubai Mall in Downtown Dubai, and easy accessibility to Sheikh Zayed Rd and Al Khail Rd. I love it here! The view from my workplace is the Amazing Burj Khalifa, and coming to work from home and vice versa is not difficult as I'm taking the feeder bus F14 from Business Bay metro station that stops just at the backside of my building.

Great location for business your address

I work and live here.The community is new but still there are few restaurants operational so I can enjoy my meals just downstairs.I believe in 6 month from now all the restaurants,Supermarket,bank will be fully operational and will be even more entertaining than now. For the business side all of the above still applies but I could also add the fact that there are plenty of visitors parking spots (for free) and all my visitors are very satisfied with my office and the community in general.The location is easily accessible from any of the main highways in Dubai and as well 2-3 minutes drive to Dubai Mall. I am 100% sure that even when my business will grow I will buy a larger office in the same community to enjoy all the facilities we have here. Best regards, Ahmad
