Dubai, UAE – July 12, 2024: In a significant leadership move, His Highness Sheikh Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum, Vice President and Prime Minister of the UAE and Ruler of Dubai, has issued Decree No. (44) of 2024, promoting Marwan Ahmed bin Ghalita, the CEO of the Real Estate Regulatory Agency, to the position of Director-General of the Dubai Land Department.
