In collaboration with Marjan and RAK Hospitality Holding, Wynn Resorts launched the MENA region’s first-ever integrated gaming resort in Ras Al Khaimah, Wynn Al Marjan.
Soaring at 40 meters tall along a beachfront setting, Wynn Al Marjan is a $3.9 billion marvel set to open in early 2027. This integrated resort houses 1,542 rooms and suites, including 22 private villas. Beyond its stunning accommodations, Wynn Al Marjan offers a world of entertainment and relaxation, featuring a range of amenities like wading pools, captivating water features, a five-star spa, salons, lounges, theater, vibrant bars, and much more.
Wynn Al Marjan goes beyond the expected resort experience. While offering a stunning range of amenities for gaming, relaxation, and leisure, it also features a versatile 7,500-square-meter events center with expansive outdoor terraces and lawns. Allowing the resort to host conferences, conventions, and unforgettable special celebrations like weddings.

"When one thinks of a resort, it's often enclosed spaces. However, we do the complete opposite of that – we incorporate lots of natural light into our resorts with lots of plants inside and outside. In our other resorts, we often had to create a natural environment, but in Ras Al Khaimah, all of these elements naturally exist," Wynn Resorts' Chief Communications Officer Michael Weaver said in one interview.
