But amidst the chaos and uncertainty, one thing remained constant – my unwavering determination. Despite the setbacks and struggles, quitting was never an option. Going to a commission-only job sounded crazy to me at the time, but today, going to a salary job sounds even crazier.

Witnessing individuals who had started just like me, rise to remarkable heights through hard work and perseverance, filled me with a sense of hope and belonging. It wasn't long before my dedication caught the attention of CEO Firas Al Msaddi. After two years of relentless effort, we signed a partnership agreement that marked a pivotal moment in my career. I was entrusted with the role of Sales Director, a position that came with immense responsibility and leadership opportunities. Today, under the guidance of CEO Firas Al Msaddi, I oversee a team of over 120 individuals across three offices, guiding and inspiring them to reach their full potential.
Undoubtedly, this journey has been one of the toughest challenges I've ever faced, and it continues to test my limits every day. But with each obstacle overcome, I am reminded of the immense satisfaction that comes from pursuing my dreams and making a meaningful impact.
