Nakheel announced the third expansion at Dragon City worth AED 169 Million consisting of showroom and parking complex with a completion date in the fourth quarter of 2018.
A mega-development by Nakheel, Dragon City will offer a massive 11 Million sq.ft. shopping, entertainment, and residential destination.
The sought-after location is the home of the world-renowned Dragon Mart - the largest Chinese trading hub outside mainland China. The Nakheel’s first hotel, offering an ibis style featuring 251 hotel rooms which were opened at Dragon City in 2016 as well as a 304-room hotel managed by Premier Inn is currently on its way.
The expansion includes Nakheel’s 375,000 square foot complex will feature 118,000 square feet of showroom space for rent in the ground floor. Also, the multi-storey car park will serve about 900 vehicles.
The ongoing retail, hospitality, and residential expansion at Dragon City will spread across 11 Million square feet complex. Furthermore, Dragon Towers - a twin tower residential development featuring 1,120 apartments for sale set to rise in the third quarter of 2018.
