    I wish I can give them 0 star this people are scammers the show me place to open cafe I ask them can I open the real estate guy Umair say yes you can open. As soon I start working I find out shop did not have draining pipe and did not have water line pipe I talk with guy name Umair about the problem the did not care I lost 16070 AED with Umair and his company and also I lost money on paper work all I can say stay away from this people and his company
