Terrible interior and material quality.

The building interiors are very low quality materials as I rented the flat for one year and ran away after one year. Even one day the sealing failed down on our head. And there is one property manager who is doing only one job with research how to block the tenants advance amount 🙄 and even he will tell the low quality issue of internal woods are your responsibility and we need to stolen your money for their depreciations.....the amount they are asking to purchase the building, you will get too better flats in dubai...so I would like to recommend don't spend your money to struggle with their low quality interiors and materials.i don't want to give any star, unfortunately with out atleadt one start its not allowing to post.
