In order to sell a rented property, you will need to do the following:
Apply for a NOC from the developer.
Pay one quarterly service charge in advance.
Continue to pay the service charge until the date of the transfer. From that day on, it will be the buyer's responsibility to pay.
Return the tenants deposit to the new owner.
Pay the remaining rental income to the buyer.
Check with the developer to see if there is a rental pool or ROI agreement to settle.
