• I was always been said that some people can change or impact your life very positively and Mohamed Darwish, Senior Real Estate Consultant is the one 🏆 In February , One developer launched a ready project in Dubai which satisfy more than my requirements and meet my budget , I wanted to take more days to think about it but it was sold out the same day . I was sad to miss this opportunity and asked him to look for another option . But with Mohamed the impossible is possible , Almost the same unit I loved ( same view , high floor etc..) was released in the same project 2 months later -> Mohamed contacted me asap and arranged the same day a viewing , secured an offer with a discount of 372,000 AED compared to the original price and assisted at every single step of the purchase process which was extremely fast until the Handover of the keys and he is still available for my queries even after the transaction is finalized . My next purchase will be in Abu Dhabi , I was thinking about other projects and areas but genuinely he suggested a specific project next to the future location of Disney land, Abu Dhabi and he highlighted the daily or monthly rental Income I can generate + the hight appreciation of the property value during the next years with the same property budget I was thinking about in other areas with a lower ROI . Rather than his expertise, he is very honest and sell you what’s best for you . I can’t thank enough Mohamed Darwish and if you are looking for genuine Real estate consultant with experience in both Dubai and Abu Dhabi Market -> He is the one 💫 👑🥇 Thanks a Million and wishing you a bright future in your career ✨

• We had a great experience working with Darwish. He assisted us with the property purchases and was always professional, responsive, and reliable. The entire process was smooth and stress-free thanks to his support and honest advice. Highly recommended!
