• Francis at Fam Properties did an incredible job leasing my villa quickly, and handling all contract negotiations seamlessly

• I had an excellent experience working with Mr. Francis from fäm Properties. He was professional, responsive, and secured a tenant for my Dubai villa quickly despite challenging market conditions. His market knowledge, negotiation skills, and proactive approach made the process smooth and stress-free. I highly recommend Mr. Francis and fäm Properties to anyone seeking a reliable real estate consultant in Dubai. Thank you, Francis, for your outstanding support!

• 5 stars — Francis Kollie made a stressful situation effortless We recently rented a 4-bedroom townhouse in Belair, The Trump Estates (DAMAC Hills) through Francis Kollie at Fam Real Estate Broker LLC, and I can’t recommend him highly enough. Our circumstances were not easy. My wife was in Dubai on her own and needed to secure a home quickly, with me supporting from overseas. Francis understood the urgency immediately and took ownership of the whole process. From first viewing to signed tenancy contract took just three days — something I would not have believed possible in the Dubai rental market. What stood out: • Punctuality. Every appointment, call and follow-up happened exactly when he said it would. Not once did we have to chase him. • Communication. He kept both of us informed at every step, even across time zones, and coordinated smoothly between us and the landlord so nothing stalled. • Professionalism. He was courteous, patient with our questions, and made my wife feel completely at ease dealing with the process alone — which, as a husband abroad, meant a great deal to me. • Getting it done. Contract, addendum and paperwork were all prepared and moved along without delay. He delivered exactly what he promised, in the timeframe he promised. Francis is clearly a hard-working, conscientious professional who genuinely cares about his clients rather than just closing a deal. Fam Real Estate is fortunate to have him, and I hope his management recognises the quality of service he provides. We will be going back to him for any future property needs in Dubai and have already recommended him to friends. Thank you, Francis.
