• I had an outstanding experience working with Ahmad Abufadaleh from fäm Properties while purchasing my first property in Dubai. From the very beginning, Ahmad was incredibly professional, knowledgeable, and genuinely invested in helping me find the perfect apartment. He took the time to understand exactly what I was looking for, guided me through every step of the process, and provided honest advice that made a huge difference in my decision-making. What really stood out was his incredible research skills and the way he clearly explained the pros and cons of every property we considered. This level of transparency and insight gave me a lot of confidence and made the entire process much easier. He was also extremely patient and detail-oriented, never rushing the process and always making sure I felt comfortable and informed before making any decisions. Thanks to Ahmad, I ended up with an apartment that perfectly matches my needs and expectations. If you’re looking for someone reliable, trustworthy, and truly dedicated, I highly recommend Ahmad. He made what could have been a stressful experience feel smooth and exciting.

• We had an excellent experience with Ahmad Abufadaleh from fam Properties. From day one, he guided us step by step throughout the entire process, clearly explaining every detail and making everything feel very smooth and stress-free. Beyond being highly professional, Ahmad was also incredibly kind and supportive. He even offered to drive us to the property viewings, which we truly appreciated since we currently don’t have a car and getting around Dubai can be quite a hassle. He recommended the best options based on our budget, number of bedrooms, and proximity to work, always being honest and genuinely focused on what was best for us. Thanks to him, we found the perfect apartment without any complications. An outstanding service — highly recommended. Thank you, Ahmad, for making this experience so easy and pleasant!
