• I was looking for a one-bedroom apartment to rent in JVC, and Affan Khan of fäm Properties was extremely helpful throughout the entire property search. He went above and beyond to accommodate our requirements, including arranging apartment viewings late in the evening to work around our schedule. Once we finalised the apartment, the entire process was transparent, smooth, and very efficient. I would highly recommend fäm Properties to anyone looking for a property to rent / buy in Dubai.

• I had a great experience working with Affan Khan to find my new apartment. He took the time to really listen to what I was looking for and quickly found a lovely apartment that was a great fit. Affan was extremely professional, responsive, and knowledgeable throughout the whole process. He was always quick to answer my questions and made the experience feel easy and stress-free. Thank you, Affan, for all your help! I would definitely recommend his services to anyone looking for a property in Dubai.

• I had a great experience working with Affan to rent out my studio apartment. I listed the property with him last month, and he managed to secure a suitable tenant within just two weeks. Affan was very professional, responsive and helpful throughout the entire process. He made all the paperwork and communication very smooth and was always available whenever I had a question or needed assistance. He also went the extra mile by helping me remove a few items from the property that the tenant requested, which I really appreciated. I’m very happy with his service and the way he handled everything from start to finish. I would definitely recommend Affan to anyone looking for a reliable and professional real estate agent. I’ll also be using his services to rent out my other apartment once it is handed over soon. Thank you, Affan, for making the whole process so easy!
