    Superb building

    Currently living in escan tower, and I think this building need justice because most comments aren’t true.. In 6 months I haven’t found one cockroaches, the building is very clean they already did 3 pest controls. The pool is functioning with finger print, that’s why some people might complain about it close they forgot to ask the security man. Very happy to be living there since they put the new management !

    Getting better

    In the past 3 months with the new management in place, things are getting streamlined, the elevators are working well , pest control is done, and the chiller is in place, only hope the past service charges are not pushed down the throat of owners , cause they were hardly any services functioning with the previous management

    A frequent Chiller issue that takes days to get fixed. Slow lifts. No maintenance. Everything is poor.
