Title Deed Issuance Fee: AED 250 (for both normal and conservative mortgages)
Knowledge Fee: AED 10 (administrative fee)
Innovation Fee: AED 10 (administrative fee)
Service Partner's Fees:
AED 4,000 + VAT (standard service)
AED 5,000 + VAT (for initial sale registration, also known as Oqoodi)
