Register Through One of the Following Channels:
Ejari-approved typing centers across Dubai
Dubai REST App (for digital registration)
DLD official website or Ejari portal (for agents and property managers)
Pay the Registration Fee:
AED 195 (may vary slightly at different centers)
Additional admin charges may apply for typing services
Receive the Ejari Certificate:Once registered, you will receive an Ejari certificate, which is required for:
Setting up DEWA (utilities)
Visa renewals or sponsorship
Legal protection in tenancy disputes
Once the required documents are successfully transmitted, it takes 1-2 days only for the Ejariapplication to process online.
Note:Ejari must be renewed with each new lease or renewal agreement. Only authorized entities (e.g., landlords, property managers, or their representatives) can complete the registration.
