Sidra is a freehold project that allows any nationality to purchase. The investor is granted full ownership of the house and the land for life.

The villas are expected to be handed over in 2019 as per the developer. The ground and infrastructure works are underway as of Q3 2016.
The regular registration fee of 4% for DLD applies plus a minor fee for ERES. No more charges while buying directly through the developer applies.
Secondary market purchases, however, incur additional charges such as NOC fee and agent's commission when pursued.
Sidra offers very flexible payment plan. Book at 10% and pay 40% during construction;10% on handover; and 40% post-handover.
