    Sidra is a freehold project that allows any nationality to purchase. The investor is granted full ownership of the house and the land for life.

  • Who is the master developer?

  • What amenities can one expect to find?

    Sidra has community pools including kid's pool, walking & jogging tracks and cycling tracks. It has plenty of green areas; kid's play areas; a retail center; tennis and golf facilities; and close proximity to schools – essentially everything that a resident would ask for and more.

  • When is the project ready for handover?

    The villas are expected to be handed over in 2019 as per the developer. The ground and infrastructure works are underway as of Q3 2016.

  • What charges apply apart from sales price?

    The regular registration fee of 4% for DLD applies plus a minor fee for ERES. No more charges while buying directly through the developer applies.

     

    Secondary market purchases, however, incur additional charges such as NOC fee and agent's commission when pursued.

  • What is the payment plan?

    Sidra offers very flexible payment plan. Book at 10% and pay 40% during construction;10% on handover; and 40% post-handover.

  • How much are the service charges?

    Currently the developer has not issued any announcements concerning service charges, however, other projects from the same developer have shown service charges ranging from AED 2.50 to 3.50.
