terrible facility management

The community is good on the whole. However, I have encountered terrible facility services from the Farnek team. I have encountered incidents with them which have been very disappointing. A security supervisor 'Naqash Shafiq' who claims to be a 'supervisor' and be higher than the rest should of course also claim to provide exceptional services than the rest when it comes to troubleshooting problems. Rather he interrogates you as if you have committed a crime and encourages the tenant to raise the issue to higher authorities instead of doing his job. + the supervisor does not respect the tenant. They dont refer to the tenant as 'mam' or 'sir'. Just speak as if we are no one!! Very pathetic attitude- unprofessional and arrogant. They do not even prioritize your case if you are undergoing a crises situation. Other communities have much humble people who sympathize with the tenant in moments of crises. But here its the opposite!
