She specializes in working with corporate clients and business groups. Komal started her career in 2009 in building materials and gradually moved to real estate in 2013. She has successfully worked with some of the top developers in Dubai (Damac and Nshama) and was amongst the top sales consultants with them. She has great working relations with most developers in Dubai. Komal joined Fam Properties in 2017 to be part of the most progressive and tech savvy real estate company in Dubai. Dealing with clients with complete honesty and going the extra mile are some of her strengths. Her approach is to understand the client's requirements followed by educating them of the options that suits their requirement while weighing in the pros and cons. A big part of her role is also managing a client's expectation when it comes to buying or selling with realistic figures. Having studied engineering, being detail-oriented is one of her skills.
