Special thanks to Kenan Nassar Faraj as from the first time I spoke to him he made sure I was comfortable and built that trust immediately, which is the most important factor when working with someone in a different country altogether. Kenan was very clear and transparent in his communication about the process of selling the property from day 1, which made it easier for me to make the decision to move forward with it. Once there was a potential buyer from then on Kenan made sure every step was clear and guided me to make sure all the required documents were being collected. Also since I was not able to visit for selling the property Kenan had to deal with getting the POA verified and approved with the developer and also with the DLD office. During all of this Kenan made sure I was informed at every step without any delays and helped with planning the time window when the Power of Attorney could visit Dubai for completing the process. This is definitely not easy to make sure that the selling and transfer process is completed within a small time window of 1 week and kudos to both of you for completing the transfer of the property within the first 3 to 4 days. I can tell for sure that next time if I or any of my friend's have a plan to buy a property in Dubai, then without a second thought I will approach you both mainly because of the trust and transparency you showed during this transaction. Again it was a pleasure working with you Kenan Nassar Faraj from the start and thanks a lot Karen Godoy for keeping a clear communication over the last 15 days and getting all the required approvals.
