From the first sight of Dubai in 2012, Hong has witnessed the transformation of this vibrant city. As a co-founder of a Consulting company for Social Responsibility in China, she always enjoyed starting and running business especially being a consultant. In fact, this made her notice the power of empathy. Soon after that, she began working with Emaar- one of the biggest developers all over the world to assist the company with their China marketing campaigns. During that time, she realized that more and more Chinese are focusing their eye on Dubai property market. Due to the different cultural background, Chinese clients have very different requests regarding their investment in Dubai.
