Also, because of this great experience, I felt comfortable purchasing a property from him. Because I am Japanese, when I first came to Dubai, I used a Japanese real estate agent to look for a property. However, there were not many properties that could be introduced, and they also made suggestions that would cost more than usual in brokerage fees, so I was not able to trust them. In the midst of all this, I met Ahmad, and as mentioned above, I had the best experience. He provided such good service compared to Japanese agents that I accidentally asked him, "Are you a scammer?" hahaha He is very responsive, and if we have any questions, he will answer them right away. Even if Ahmad does not know something, he will look into it as soon as possible and let us know the results. Even though the brokerage fee is only about 5%, he will continue to support us with any problems we may have even after we start living in the rental property. While I was back in Japan, my family remained in Dubai, and my family were locked out of the house due to a malfunction of the smart lock. At that time, I contacted Ahmad from Japan to ask permission to destroy the door lock, and not only did Ahmad worry about my family, he also provided dedicated support, asking if he would like to go to the site to help my family. Ahmad helps you anytime, so you should ask him where to live in Dubai!! Don't forget not only renting a property but also buying a property from him🤣 I think he should treat me a delicious sushi for this review🍣
