The worst management ever !! I never had an experience like that, disrespectful management with no respect of tenants. The location is in downtown, the building is very nice so you expect to have at least a good service and facilities but unfortunately none was provided , if you have a problem there is no one that you can call or email that can help you, for an answer you need to keep sending emails and hoping someone will answer back, I’m leaving the building now and no one contacted me to tell me the procedure even if I sent an email Asking about everything still no answer back. If there is a problem of maintenance at home after sending the email it takes ages to get a reply and to to have it fixed. Honestly very disappointed!!

Missing many things

I live here since 1st November and understand that in new projects some things may always go wrong, but the big issue here is the total lack of information as to what is going on and why, and especially when will it be sorted! Undress the landlord takes some steps forward in this direction and the Deyaar managers follow, than I can only say that everything here is as bad as it gets. One thing I may say in favour of the snugging team on site which always helps when needed. Briefly we have had no pools so far and today they finally open one pool from 9 to 11 am and 5 to 9 pm??? Really nice sunbathing hours ? The building external lights don’t work and nobody knows why... the lifts take forever and are constantly used by workers teams which should tayer use the service lifts... The gym opening hours are also an issue, We have a private pool on 43rd floor which so far has not been open and there’s no outdoor furniture yet, that is great no? When will it arrive? Bah...
