Property Selection

Shortlist the best 5 to 8 properties. Start from a range of options and then proceed in narrowing down your options later based on viewings.

Property Viewing

• Inspect the property thoroughly: Look for signs of damage, leaks, or faulty appliances. Check the water pressure, air conditioning, and electrical outlets.
• Ask questions: Don't hesitate to ask the agent about anything unclear, such as maintenance procedures, pet policies, or noise levels from traffic or construction.
• Pay attention to details: Consider factors like natural light, storage space, overall layout, and any built-in furniture that may or may not be included.
• Take pictures and videos: Document the property's condition for future reference, especially if you notice any potential issues.
