The tower structure on top of the podium is constructed in an octagonal shape, which maximizes the far-reaching views from the apartments. The tower employs a curtain wall system of exposed white concrete and tinted blue glass; the façades gather at the top of the building, meeting in a dramatic pointed spire, much like a ball point pen.
