The design of Park Lane Tower was based on the requirement to create the most well-organized and centralized business and residential address in Business Bay. The purpose is to create a timeless landmark that will not be dated by using today's fashion, but that will be modern many decades from now. The insight of the building during the day will create a strong profile in the silhouette of the city, which will be strengthened at night by artistic lightning.
