Snagging & Key Hand-Over Services
Conduct pre handover inspections with end users.
Carry out pre-inspection checks to ensure that the property is in a presentable state.
Liaise with clients and customer service to book time slots for inspection and coordinating with Project Management Team
Record all clients’ points accurately and get a sign off from the client on the list.
Ensure all property snagging documentation is correctly compiled and communicated to Project Management Department
Liaise with site Project Management Team and with its contractor/s to rectify issues identified.
Follow up with Project Management Team for timely closure of the snags identified under the snag list.
Carry out final inspection to confirm; all the defects as per the list have been completed.
Prepare and communicate appropriate handover related response for clients’ queries and other notices either through telephone, electronically or face to face
Liaise with clients to conduct handover appointments
Direct unresolved issues to the designated resource i.e. Project Management Team
Maintain accurate internal reports and records
Prepare correspondence, files, reports and other written documentation, reviews, processes and monitor documents such as snagging list, etc.
Handover of actual documents, Keys, Access Card and Handover guide to end user and get a receipt for the same
