The 60 storey suites in the SKAI project feature a 4 star hotel as well as high-end serviced apartments. Its 117 one-bedroom hotel apartments will come with an outdoor sky garden while the 117 two-bedroom apartments will include an 18-square-foot swimming pool and floor-to-ceiling windows with cascading water. There are a total of 234 hotel rooms, 234 one & two bedroom apartments and 33 penthouses. In August 2014 – SKAI issued press-releases reporting the project was booked in its entirety (or atleast the units they planned to sell off-plan), totaling sales worth AED 927 million.
